1. About SlideSnap

SlideSnap is a website that turns study material you upload into flashcards and practice quizzes using AI. By using SlideSnap, you agree to these terms.

2. Free and Pro plans

The free plan includes 3 decks every 7 days. SlideSnap Pro costs CA$7.99 per month and SlideSnap Premium costs CA$13.99 per month (plus any applicable taxes). Both include unlimited decks for personal study, subject to fair-use limits that protect the service from abuse. You can switch between plans anytime; Stripe adjusts the charge for the rest of your billing period. Payments are processed by Stripe; SlideSnap never sees your card details.

3. Billing and cancellation

Pro and Premium renew automatically every month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account menu in SlideSnap ("Manage subscription"), or by emailing us. After you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.

4. Refund policy

If SlideSnap isn't working for you, email slidesnap.help@gmail.com within 7 days of a charge and we'll refund it in full. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days. After 7 days, charges are non-refundable, but you can always cancel future renewals.

5. Acceptable use

Please use SlideSnap only with material you have the right to use, and don't try to overload, reverse-engineer around, or abuse the service. We may limit or end access for accounts that do.

6. AI-generated content

Flashcards and quiz questions are generated by AI from your material. They're usually accurate but can contain mistakes. Check important information against your course materials. SlideSnap is a study aid and isn't responsible for exam results.

7. Changes

We may update SlideSnap, its features, prices or these terms. If prices change, current subscribers will be told before the change applies to them.

8. Liability

SlideSnap is provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 3 months.
