What can SlideSnap read?
PDF files, PowerPoint (.pptx) files and pasted text. For Google Slides, choose File → Download → PDF, then upload the PDF. Slides that are only images (like scanned pages) can't be read yet.
Are the flashcards accurate?
SlideSnap is told to use only what's in your slides, and it's usually very accurate. AI can still make mistakes, so check anything that looks off against your notes.
What's the difference between Pro and Premium?
Both give you unlimited decks. Premium uses a smarter AI model that writes more accurate cards and tougher quiz questions, makes decks of up to 50 cards, and handles lectures 2.5 times longer, so you can turn a whole unit into one deck.
How do I cancel?
In SlideSnap, open your account menu (top right) and choose "Manage subscription." You can cancel anytime and keep your plan until the end of the month you've paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If SlideSnap isn't working for you, email us within 7 days of a charge for a full refund. See our refund policy.
What happens to my slides?
Your slide text is sent securely to create your flashcards and isn't stored on our servers. Your decks are saved in your own browser on your device. See our privacy policy.
Do I need to install anything?
No. SlideSnap runs in your web browser, on any computer, phone or tablet.
